调味料 :
1 tbsp garlic-chili sauce;1/2 sugar; 1/2 tsp light soya sauce; 1tbsp water; a dash of sesame oil.－ ·操　　作: 1) Cut short ribs into chunks and blend in marinade.

2) pre-heat frying pan for 5 mintues and brown short ribs with 2 tbsp oil till both sides are brown.

3) Sprinkle shallots and garlic over short ribs and microware ingredients at HIGH for 1 minute on each side.

4)Blend seasoning and ingredients. Pour over short ribs. Microwave ingredients for another minute and dish up.
